Instead of receiving notifications by email. I was wondering if anyone could give me guidance on how to use webhooks, for box to send the notification to another app like "missive" so i can receive desktop notifications on there.

  Hi, 

  This would require some uplift to achieve. I'm not familiar with Missive's api enough to be able to say what it can/can't do... but it does look like they support custom integrations. A webhook will simply send a payload based on the triggers selected for the webhook. The rest is up to the code that is run at the url the payload is sent to. I would review the webhook guide section on our developer site in detail. Happy to answer further questions too,
