    Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for posting!

    Currently, there is no way to disable the "Forward" function but these actions are recorded in the Signing log. To learn more about Signing log, please take a look at this article:https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404095202579-Viewing-the-signing-log 

    If this is something you would like to be able to do, I would highly recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com! Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
