Co-Admin: Updating Ownership, Accessing Billing
I've recently been updated to a co-admin, and when going to www.box.com/billing and signing in, I'm unable to locate the Billing information. I'm trying to see what needs to occur to ensure our account is extended, as our account terms end early next year.
I also am trying to figure out how to change my access to each Box folder in All Files from Co-owner to Owner as a co-admin. I currently click the drop-down button, and see that Owner is grayed-out and unable to be selected.

Please be advised that only the Primary Admin can access to the Billing Information section of your account in the Admin console. For other billing related questions, please go ahead and submit a ticket to our Billing team on this page.
About changing your permission on a folder from co-owner to owner (transferring folder ownership), only the owner of the folder may perform this as stated in this article: Managing Collaborators- Transferring Folder Ownership.
