Downgrade Request and Refund
I am being charged for a business plus account after requesting to be downgraded multiple times and receiving no help from your e-mail support. I was upgraded to Business Plus in 2020 for some reason pertaining to file sharing, and then after multiple requests to downgrade was charged again for the Business Plus in 2021. I’d like my account to be changed back to the standard $25 per month membership, and at the very least to be refunded the prorated amount. Otherwise, I will have to cancel this account altogether and start a new account. What's going on?!
