All files from a folder are gone

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    If you are part of a Business or Enterprise Box, I recommend reaching out to your Box Admin to help you investigate and locate the missing files from your Box.

    They may run a User activity report to determine what happened to your files and can help locate them.

    If files ended up being deleted from Trash, you or your Admin may reach out and submit a ticket to our Support team to help is recovering those.
