Reset QR code for external collaborator
Hi BOX Team,
I need some help how to reset the QR code for an external collaborator.
Issue: An external collaborator is unable to login to BOX to access shared content.
The below image shows what the external collaborator is seeing. An authenticator app has been installed on their mobile phone but the code is not coming in.
