    Hi Kathleen,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

Have you tried to use the upload button in Box Webapp to upload these files into Box?

You can check out this article to learn more about using the upload button: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196633-Upload-to-Box-With-the-File-Browser

Thanks for posting and let us know how else we can help!

Hello and thank you for your quick answer. I have tried it this way and am getting the error message " Failed to upload package file. Please retry by saving as a single file." every time. I don't see an option to save the share numbers as that.

    Hi Kathleen,

Some files created on Apple operating systems (Mac OS X) are stored as packages, which is a folder that Mac OS X interprets as a single file.

You can try converting them to be saved as a single file and upload to Box. See Apple's support documentation for more information on how to convert iWork package files to single files.

Other applications may also offer the option to save these types of files as flat files. Alternatively, you can right-click the file and compress it (save it as a .zip file) before uploading it to Box.

Hope that helps! Thanks for reaching out and stay safe!
