Critical Box Drive update 2.24.211 not installing on my M1 Max MBP running Monterey Beta
As of this morning (1/13/22) this 'critical update' won't install on my M1 Max MBP running the latest Beta of Monterey. The previous build of Box (2.24.208) is running fine. When the update tries to install I end up with a dialog saying the update could not be done and asking me to send log files to Box (which I do), but I have to reboot the machine to get the old Box build running again. Anyone have any suggestions?

I understand you encountered an issue with an update with Box Drive.
Can you try to manually reset your Box Drive following the steps in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697494-Using-Box-Drive-Basics#h_f06d8b53-65dd-42bf-9e48-f61a8b717044
If the issue persists, please go ahead and uninstall and then reinstall Box Drive from your Mac.
