Files Disappeared Today
Box.com,
All my files disappeared from my box.com account today! My files were there today, but went to my box.com account this evening and all gone! Two and a half years of hard work and 24 original songs I wrote along with my musical are gone! Yes, gone!
Now I'm really upset because others, not just me, are having this same thing happen to them. So, box.com needs to fix this and put the files back into my account and others too.
You need to fix this, if you want to keep customers!

Have you tried to search within your your Box and check your Box Trash to see if your files are in there?
Also, are you using multiple Box accounts? I've encountered a use case in past where a member thought their files are disappeared but actually its stored to a different Box account. Can you check your other email inbox to see if you have signed up for another Box account where you may have stored your Box?
