    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I wanted to check if you are still experiencing the same issue? Have you tried to check your Box Trash for this?

    Also, if you are part of a Business or Enterprise Box, I recommend reaching out to your Box Admin on looking into this. Your Admin may run a User Activity report to determine what happened to your Files.
