    Welcome to the Box Community!

    The issue you encounter seems related to a known issue described in this article:

    Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency.

    I've gone ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. You should now see the correct storage size available in your account.

    Hello , I have the same problem. After deleting various folders from trash, my account keep showing no free space, and can't upload new files.
