Hi Emma,
Welcome to the Box Community!
This error message can happen if you access a content using a Box account with an email than is different from the email the invitation was sent to.
Please make sure that you are logged in to the Box account that is linked to the exact email address the invitation was sent to.
Otherwise, would you mind providing more details about your workflow when accessing the content or share screenshot of error showing the entire web page so we can investigate further.

Hi France,
Thank you so much for getting back to me. It is embarrassing to have to say that I can't get a link to work!
I am definitely using the same email address.
What it feels like to me is that I am logging into my own Box account rather than into Moxtopia's Box account (the company who has sent me the link to files). When I am logged out of Box and use the link, this is what the screen looks like:

When I have entered my password this is the screen:
Does this information give you any idea what is going?
Thanks,
Emma

Hi Emma,
I sincerely apologize for missing your message.
We are no longer able to create tickets for personal users, but we can certainly help look into this issue.
I'd like to confirm if you received an actual email invitation to collaborate in the content? If you have, it's possible that the owner may have removed you as a collaborator thus the error message above. Can you reach out to the person who sent you the invitation to check if you are still listed as a collaborator in the content? If not, they would have to re-invite you to the content again to access it in your own Box.I'm also linking some articles that you may find helpful: -
Hi Emma,
In addition to the above information, it's possible that the company who sent you the link may have just copied and pasted a link to you instead of inviting you to actually collaborate in the folder or creating a shared link with proper link access for you.
Please take a look at this article to learn more about the difference between "Collaboration" and using "Shared link", this might be relevant to your next step.
