Error Adding Comments in Google Docs (in Box)

For over a week I've been getting a "Something went wrong. Reload" error every time I try to add a comment to a Google doc in Box. When I reload my comment is gone. Any idea as to why this is happening?

  Same issue with multiple users, browsers - please address
