    Thanks! France Its been 4 days I am not able to get hold of my data. Also there is no way reset or change anything to access. on top box does not have a customer care number which is very frustrating :(

    it felt like I am hostage to a service which do not even have proper way to resolve issues. Just selling items. SAD.

    Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide support over the phone, we really apologize for any inconvenience. 

    Product Support team can help disable the 2FA for your account if you are no longer able to access your old device for the Authenticator app. They would need to conduct an account verification to be able to proceed.
