    Hi Daniele, 

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I saw your previous tickets and it looks like you are using Box Sync app, please correct me if I'm wrong.

    We've seen an issue before where customers had problems storing the refresh tokens for Sync. When Sync goes to update the access token, it fails and prompts users to re-login.One thing to try might be the secure storage vs crypto storage registry key. This reg key changes where we store the refresh token:

    1. Open "regedit"
    2. Go to path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Box\BoxSync
    3. Right click in the window of the directory and click on "DWORD"
    4. Rename this to "UseWin32CryptoKeyring"
    5. Double click on this and you'll see a pop-up. Change the "Value data" to 1

    If I right click in the window of the right directory I get this, so I don't know which new Dword should I add? (32 bit) ot (64 bit)?
