Cannot access any files at all.
Can't access files/folders that have been shared. I can see list of available files/folders but can't open, view, save, or download any of them.

Did you receive an invitation to collaborate in those contents or did you receive a Shared link? To know the different between collaboration and using shared link, please take a look at this article.
Also, do you mind sharing a screenshot of your workflow when trying to access the shared items and what you see on your end.
