Can't Access the Google Sheet

We have a GSheet file in our company and when I opened it and tried to access or edit it, it didn't let me access it or edit it. I'm having this error and when I'm trying to sign in I'm going back to the same error.

    Could you try the following initial steps and see if it helps resolve this issue when trying to open a Google file?

    • Clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try disabling plugins/ extensions from your Browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try logging in to Box using other browsers.
    • Try connecting to other networks and see if that helps.
