I am looking to remove a seat. How do I do this?
I have a staff member off on mat leave for the year, and a student who left, so we have 1 seat that we don't need. Could we remove it and re add it next year? I have already transfered all content to my account.

To reduce the number of purchased seats (licenses) from your subscription, kindly have your account Administrator submit a request to cancel@box.com. Include the total number of seats you would like to continue purchasing in your email. We have a minimum purchase of 3 seats per account.
