    To reduce the number of purchased seats (licenses) from your subscription, kindly have your account Administrator submit a request to cancel@box.com. Include the total number of seats you would like to continue purchasing in your email. We have a minimum purchase of 3 seats per account.

  • I don't need 3 seats since my business closed how do reduce to 1 seat or migrate the documents to a free account?

    Good luck with this. You can only reduce at renewal time and they avoid you when that time comes. I've been trying for several weeks to get seats removed and no one will help me. You can't do it via chat or phone because they send you to cancel@box.com. However, when you email that address they tell you they can't do it because your account rep (who you don't know of and who doesn't ever contact you) will need to contact you to do it.
