Unable to download files
Unable to download files from Box account, even after updating browser, clearing browser's cache, using Box with an alternate browser, network.
Please advise.

I'm sorry for the confusion. It looks like you are downloading files from a shared/collaborated folder.
I suggest that you check your collaboration permission in this folder shared to you that may be hindering you from downloading files.
