    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Your ability to bulk download contents in Box is dependent on the max file size upload limit for the Account type in total, and there is no way to get around this limitation. See: Understand the Max File Size You Can Upload to Box.

    The maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type:

    • Free personal: 250 MB
    • Starter: 2 GB
    • Business: 5 GB
    • Business Plus: 15 GB
    • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
    • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB

    I see that your profile is linked to a Personal Free Box, and you may upgrade your plan should you need to increase your current file size limit. In addition, you will have to download folders in batches that will not go over your allowed limit.

    Thanks for the info. I've now upgraded to Enterprise Plus in order to utilise FTP functionality, but I'm unable to connecting using my client.

    I've attached a screenshot of the log. Is this something you can help with?
