Why did my account go from $120/year to $180/year?
I was an original user of box. In fact I was able to pay for it for 3 years. Then I got my last bill and it went from $ 120 per year to $180/year. I was offered a lifetime of storage for free at the basic plan.
What's going on? Why can't I call a phone number and talk to someone?
