    Can you please do the following browser troubleshooting to resolve this?

    • Clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Use different browsers and see if it makes any difference when trying to create a new folder
    • Try disabling extensions/ plug-ins from your browser, and try this again
