All the files in the folder disappeared
When I applied for the "Startar plan" because I could no longer open some files, all the files in the folder disappeared.
After a few hours, only the folder returned, but the contents were empty!
I can check the number of files, but still when I look inside the folder, there is nothing!
I am confused and don't know what happened.

I would like to confirm if you are still having issue viewing your files after you've upgraded?
During an upgrade process, Files/folders may not be accessible as your account is in transition and this may take up to 24 hours to complete. Once the migration is completed, your files will reflect in your Box account again.
If your files are still missing, I suggest that you submit a new ticket here so the Product Support team can help look into this issue: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
