    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    When you remove a collaborator on the shared content, the user will not be notified. The removed user will no longer be able to see the previously shared content on his/her Box account.

    Hi France,

    I have a couple of follow-up questions. Does this apply to all collaborator types, including co-owner?

    Also, if the person is the owner of a folder, do they have to initiate the change of ownership or is there a way for an admin to change it?  And again with this method, is there a notification?
