I just started to receive this error, it gives me this error then uploads slowly then gives me the same error again:

 

Error:        The data connection could not be established: ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server

  Hi, 

  I typically see this when you are on a company network or proxy that blocks ftp connections.
