Suggestion for Necessary Improvement | Alphabetical File Sorting]
Dear Box Support Community Members,
We are increasingly relying on sending documents to external users via Box links, and with this increased usage, the need for platform improvements arises.
For some time now, I have noticed that Box documents, even when sorted alphabetically, use a numerical order based on outdated systems, considering, for example, 10 before 2. Please refer to the screenshot below for a better illustration:

Yeah this absolutely needs rectifying.
In addition, most systems place things like symbols BEFORE numbers and letters when sorting by name whereas Box sorts with symbols after. In our workflow, for example. Its very common to create a folder titled "_Tunover" so that the underscore always keeps that folder at the top, and we will create a "zOLD" for example so that the z prepended always keeps it at the bottom. MacOS, Synology's DSM, Google Drive, and Dropbox all sort this way. I just recently switched to box and it's pretty frustrating that it will be put _Turnover further down the list than zOld.
Please rectify, or at least give the sort option, for this sort of rule.
Thank you!
