2-step authentication
TerminéeI can't use 2-step authentication anymore, so I'd like to set it up again.
However, even using a backup code, I was unable to delete or reset the 2-step authentication settings.
- Even when I disable 2-step authentication, the settings revert to the original.
- Even when I reset it, the following happens:
- Authentication app: QR code not generated
- SMS text message: Invalid phone number.
- Email address: Invalid email address.
Could you please delete the 2-step authentication settings?
Or could you tell me what to do until I can reset it?
