    Hello!

    It sounds frustrating to be stuck in that login loop with Box Drive. Try resetting Box Drive by ending the Box.exeprocess in Task Manager, deleting the folder `C:\users

    \[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Box\Box, and clearing Box preferences from the registry underHKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Box/Box`. Restart Box Drive and log in again. Ensure Box Drive is up to date and consider contacting Box Support if the issue persists.
