SOC 2 Report
RéponduWe need to get a hold of Box's SOC 2 report for an accreditation audit. The site says I need to contact my account manager or customer success manager, but I don't believe we've ever been assigned one.
I've gotten a few emails from someone named Kate at Box.com, but when I try to email or call her I get no response. Emailing support sends me to a page to make a public post to get support.
Edit: Oddly enough, AFTER making a public post I get a button that says "Contact Support" so I just did that. I didn't see that button anywhere on the page your support email sent me, https://support.box.com
