But doesn't that just get me half way there?    I don;t want to open a UI to then fill and click send.   I want to be able to code in API or SDK to send a file for signing to someone in batch mode...

Do you have any idea about the time frame? weeks, months, or unknown?   I know our clients really want this feature,
