    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble installing Box Drive on your Mac.

    If you are not able to submit a ticket when logged in to our support page, this can happen if you are not assigned as a designated contact by your organization on our support channel, thus you and users would be redirected to your IT team or internal helpdesk first.

    This would be something our Box Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information. 
    I've gone ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you on looking into this.

    Thanks for the follow-up. 

    So, the user is currently running Mojave 10.14.6, however the issue seems to have become more prevalent among our users in general after the most recent security update. In fact, we're having almost identical issues with Box Drive and one of the remote screen sharing tools we're using.
