Cant run dropbox app on mac - did all what they asked - what can be wrong?
Got this when i tried to run the mac app: Box Drive's system extension was not loaded. Make sure it is enabled in System Preferences> Security & Privacy, and then restart your computer. If the problem persists, contact Box Customer Support for further troubleshooting of the problem.
Then i did what they asked above, through startup recovery (changed the preference) following a reboot, however i am still getting that same message. How could that be?
