API Bearer Access Token

Hi there,

I was wondering if somebody could guide me on how to generate a "Bearer Access Token" for usage with Box's API?

I'm trying to authorize the Preflight check before upload API call which requires a Bearer Access Token, but I don't know where I can generate this token.
