Is it possible to use Box api for windows form applications using c#.I need to download files from Box using windows application.

  Yes, it's definitely possible. A quick Google search for "box c# sdk" turns up a couple of different SDKs that you can use to make it easier. (Fundamentally, though, as a RESTful API, all you really need to use the Box API is the ability to make https requests, and c# can definitely do that!)
