File version changes via webhooks?

Hello,

I'm trying to set up webhooks to be notified with a version changes for a specific file.  However, I don't see any triggers relating to the version changing for a file.  What do I need to do to be notified about version changes via webhook?

Edit: To clarify, I want something like FILE.UPLOADED, but I want to monitor a single file, not an entire folder.
