Possible to curl files to another account?

We have customers who have Box for Healthcare accounts, and they are asking if we can deliver files to their accounts. The Upload File API (https://developer.box.com/reference#upload-a-file) seems perfect for this, except that it seems usable only for one's own account.

 

Is there an option to allow a data provider to auto-upload files into other accounts? Can this be done through a one-time authorization in advance by the recipients?

  If you set up a standard oauth 2 app, the customer could log into the app with their Box account credentials. This means the app would then have the access token for that user and could use the access token to upload content to the account at any given time.
