Some of the document content is missing?

hi、

 

Our website display the document files by Box.com View API, but some of the document content is missing in chrome browser (in firefox browser is OK).

Document FileID: removed for privacy81, removed for privacy09, removed for privacy81

as follow:

  Hi ! Thanks for the question. It looks like you may be utilizing our custom viewer, viewer.js? In the last few months we released an update to this library to address as similar issue to the one you've described. I would suggest downloading/installing this library with your project to see if that alleviates the issue with displaying converted content in Chrome.

         We didn't use your custom viewer(view.js), we use the following API：

   Thanks for clarifying! Looks like you are leveraging the new Preview Experience that is part of our Content API. Unfortunately, it also looks like you've caught a bug. Can you report this to our User Services team here? They'll collect information from you that can be helpful in the further investigation of this issue.
