How to choose particular folder to sync to particular computer using Box Sync?

Is it possible to only sync certain folders to sync to certain computers using Box Sync?

  No. Box Sync does not allow you to sync a different subset of files across different computer when using only one account.

  I would suggest creating another account that syncs, for example, to your home computer and the other account on your work computer. Both accounts can be collaborating on all folders so everything is accessible on each account when accessed online.
