I am developing an app that requires me to open box files on the browser with link as https://app.box.com/files/<id>

Somehow, I am observing that if I close the web browser, the box website isn't persisting my login. I need to login everytime to box.com. There is also no option to save the logged in user.

How can I keep the user logged in for subsequent browser launches?

  Hey Shashank, 

  Are you able to use a shared link instead of a direct url? Also, have you tried using UI-Elements?

  Thank you @alex for the quick reply. My immediate query is actually the fact that box forgets user login if I close any browser (Firefox, Chrome etc). Is this the expected behaviour? Is there no way to persist sessions over browser relaunches?

  This is probably a better question for our support team to handle vs developer relations. We help folks specifically with the APIs or Box's SDKs.

  This is still not resolved. Please just allow users to stay logged in.
