Shared link expiration
Hi,
I created a shared link on Friday, available to "people with the link". Now it seems to have expired. It seems like when I open the file for people with the link again, it now uses another URL?
First question: what is up with the shared link expiration after one day? Can I change this setting on all new shares I create?
Secondly: how do I reactivate the same URL link I created Friday as this was shared with hundreds of people and it seems very inefficient that this would now be a new link that needs to be mailed around.

You can manage Shared link expiration under the Shared link settings of a file/ folder. To learn how to configure a link settings, please take a look at this article:
If you are unable to make changes here, its most likely that your Box organization set up the auto-expiration company wide so it would be best to reach out to your Box admin regarding this settings.
Furthermore, each Shared link is unique and once this link expires, there is no way to reactivate the same link. You will be to enable the Shared link for the same file/ folder to get a new unique Shared link.
