I would like a refund
I have had Box for a few years and don't need it anymore. I was last billed in March, 2022. I cancelled today, October 26, 2021. Why can't I get a refund for the nearly 6 months between my cancellation and the time your billing cycle would bill me. A couple months I can take but almost 6? Come on.
Please let me know the plan.
