Account locked out
Hi,
One of our customers' box account be locked out, he received an error message on the reactivations page because he was not eligible. Could you please reactivate his account ASAP? The Product Support - Case #2485869

Looks like this ticket is now closed, and this will require specific account information to resolve.
Can you please have this customer submit a ticket to this page https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
One of our support representative will reach out to them to discuss the status of their account and what steps need to take to access their account.

I have the same issue, but the solution above is not an option. The page you directed the prior user to does not have a spot to submit a ticket. I have searched the page and cannot find a ticket submission, email, or any mechanism to communicate with Box outside of this form. Please contact me so we can work through this issue. Thank you.
