Hello,

Our agency requires to upload documents larger than 5mg. Please advise on how to increase the storage with the PortiaPro Integration.

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  I'm not quite sure about required storage with the PortiaPro Integration, but you Box Storage capacity depends on the type of account you are on and if you need more storage you may upgrade.

  Free users are given 10GB storage, while Personal Pro and Business Starter plans are given 100GB storage capacity. Business and and other higher plans are eligible to Unlimited storage.
