Owner of the folder is left company , Is there way to get that access back ?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Is the owner of the folder a former managed user of your Box organization? If yes, I'd recommend contacting the Box Admin that is managing your Box, and let them know that this user own contents that you or your colleagues need access so they can take action such as restore the account and transfer the ownership of that folder to you or someone else your organization and request that you've be re-invited in the folder again.
