I have  deleted  folders mistakenly please help to recover .I don't see folder in trash .my access right is  Editor , can owner recover the data ? is there any way .Please help .

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Have you tried to use the search and filter option on your Box Trash to locate the deleted folders and restore them?

  You can search for specific files or folders in Trash and use the filters by items you own, or by items you’ve deleted.  To do this, directly beneath the folder label (Trash), click the Items I Own (or Items I Deleted) down arrow.  Then choose the option you want.

  • The Items I deleted filter displays all items you have deleted, regardless of who created or owns the item.
  • The Items I own filter displays all deleted items you own, regardless of who deleted the item.

  If you need help in recovering the deleted folders, please go ahead and submit a ticket to Product Support team here so they can help you recover those items.
