Cannot find sufficient info on Upload File API error responses.

I am trying to implement a call to the Upload File API with PHP and using Guzzle.
I've tried everything but the error responses that I receive all seem to be truncated.
Even if I try to work past this by searching the piece of error message that I do receive, in this case "Invalid API request pa" then I cannot find any mention of this error code in the API documents.
The mistake could very well be on my side, but I would really appreciate some help on finding the appropriate error code reference information.
