Box Drive Encryption

I'm wondering what type of encryption is enabled in Box Drive. I am required to ensure that all of my data is encrypted at rest and when data is stored locally that I am using some form of disk encryption. I'm hoping that Box Drive is sufficient for this requirement.

Does the encryption at rest using 256-bit AES encryption also extend to Box Drive which is accessible locally?

Do the Box Shield Access Policies and Threat Detection Rules also apply to things happening in Box Drive?

I have the same question whether files in Box Drive (as they are on the local hard disk) are encrypted. I see this has not been answered yet. Can this be answered?
