    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Do you have one of those applications that restores back the device to the saved configuration? This might be causing it as this is definitely not the expected behavior. 

    If you wish to further investigate, I recommend to have the affected user submit a support ticket here and our support rep will help investigate directly with them.

    I am not aware of any application that would keep restoring my laptop back to a saved configuration. I will submit a ticket. I just filed a support ticket.

    I am having the same problem (business account).  I have to reinstall the tools every time I reboot my computer.
