How to set auto deleting file by Box API

I would like to set auto deleting file by Box API. Please tell me how to do.
On the web console, I can set auto deleting file. Then I can get "expires_at" setting by Box API, using "files" API.
But I don't know the way to set auto deleting file by Box API.

  I'm not sure what you mean by "auto deleting" file.... can you send me a screenshot of what you are referring to?
